Care Guide
- Avoid oil-based products around your eyes, as they can weaken the bond.
- Do not rub or pull on your lashes; use the included remover for safe removal.
- Gently cleanse daily using an oil-free lash cleanser or micellar water.
- Sleep on your back to prevent lash friction and maintain their shape.
- Reapply bond & seal as needed to extend wear time up to 7 days.
Application Instructions
- Start with clean, dry lashes—free from oils or makeup.
- Using the Precision Tweezer, carefully pick up a lash segment.
- Apply a thin layer of Bond to your natural lashes.
- Place the lash segment underneath your natural lashes for a seamless blend.
- Repeat for all sections, customizing your desired look.
- Use the Sealant to lock in the bond and enhance longevity.
- For removal, apply the Gentle Remover and allow it to sit before sliding lashes off.

We process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Returns
Due to the nature of our beauty products, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will review your case. Approved returns will be issued store credit only, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
